How to Perform Sama Vritti Pranayama Correctly

Step 1:

Put one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.

Step 2:

Take a deep breath through your nose for 5 seconds.

Step 3:

Exhale slowly through your nose for 5 seconds and continue breathing this way for several minutes.
