Chest & Shoulder Opening Stretch

Step 1:

Keep your elbows on the desk and bring your palms together

Tip: Make sure your back is flat

Step 2:

Keep your head between your upper arms and reach towards your belly button with your head down

Tip: Find a pleasant stretch throughout your shoulders and upper back

Step 3:

Hold for however long you may like or feel comfortable and repeat this movement a few times
