How to perform Mukha Dhouti Yoga Kriya:
Step 1: Inhale through your nose, filling your lungs completely with air.
Tip: While inhaling, expand your belly as comfortably as you can.
Step 2: Exhale forcefully through your mouth and contract your abdominal muscles to push out as much air as possible
Tip: While exhaling, pull your stomach inward and shoulders relaxed
Step 3: Repeat this movement a few more times
