What are the steps to perform the Reverse Shoulder Stretch exercise correctly?
Step 1:
Lie face down on the mat.
Interlace your hands behind your back, palms facing each other.
Step 2:
As you inhale, lift your chest off the mat.
Hold the pose for 3–5 seconds.
Step 3:
Release your arms back to the beginning. position as you exhale.
